Niko headed back to Lut Gholein with Zrin, but in the capture, he was separated from him and fled to the city, where he succumb to the venomous spores inside of his body, leaving him to transform into a Plant / Zombie.
He tormented the town in his new form, and was killed and burnt to ashes by the party in Lut Gholein Harbour.
